Sandrina took her hand and shook it.
"Pleased to meet you too. Are you a third year?" She asked her. She had to obviously be older than her. She knew so much!

Lara wandered around nervously looking for Platform Nine and Three-Quarters. She had no idea of where to go and could tell she looked quite stupid attempting to find the platform. She sighed and continued searching hoping she wouldn't miss the train.

"No," Chelsea said beaming. "I'm a first year too. My parents told me a lot about this."
She continued to grin.
"Are you excited? Do you have any siblings? I've got an older brother and a younger sister,"

Lara became tired of walking around so she sat down against a wall. When she leaned back she simply fell through. Lara gasped and made sure that no muggles were watching her. She poked her head through and got a good look at other children and adults scurrying around. Lara stood up and pushed her cart through the wall and followed quickly behind it.

Chelsea nodded.
"I have an older brother and a younger sister who will be attending next year," she explained. "My older brother already graduated from here 3 years ago."
"What subjects are you looking forward to taking?"

"Wow! That's awesome. I want to take Astrology, Muggle Studies, and Defense Against the Dark Arts. What are you wanting to take?"

"Muggle Studies, Ancient Runes, Potions," Chelsea replied brightly. "What house are you looking forward to going in? What house do you want to be in?"

"Hey! We'll have Muggle Studies together!" Sandrina exclaimed excitedly.
"Well I hope to get into Gryffindor, but if I get into Ravenclaw that would be cool too. What house do you want to be in?"

Chelsea beamed.
"Awesome!" she exclaimed. "Both my parents were in Slytherin...so Slytherin for me."
"Do you wish you had any siblings?" she asked curiously.

"Really? That is so awesome!" Sandrina exclaimed.
"Yeah I wish I would have. I love my parents, but they just weren't really around all that much. And they are very supportive of me, but they really could care less what I did. So I've always been kind of alone and had always wanted a sibling so that way I wouldn't be alone. What is it like to have siblings?"

After saying her farewells to her parents, Caroline took a deep breath and ran right in between platforms 9 and 10. She finally dared to open her eyes to see a train. She was absolutely amazed to see so many students there. But she quickly started uploading her belongings onto the train.

Chelsea grinned
"It's interesting," she admitted. "Sometimes I'd like to strangle my older brother as he's a pain in the rearend, but my younger sister is cool. She's funny and likes to do everything I do."
She noticed a new girl loading her belongings onto the train.
"Hi," Chelsea called to her. "Would you like to join us?"
She turned back to Sandrina.
"I think we should probably load our stuff on the train," she said smiling.

Ayla and her mother and father walked hurridly to the train station. Her mother beaming and her father a little gloomy. He just couldn't understand why he couldn't have a normal child. Her mother tried to act as if all was well, but ever since the letter arrived, she had felt a great pride reopen in her heart. She was proud of her daughter and hoped that instead of marrying a muggle that someday she would find a nice wizard to couple up with and settle down. That way she wouldn't have to give up that special world that she would grow to love, just as her mother did. But her mother knew that true love was something no one could stand in the way of, and so she tried to smooth things out as best she could. Ayla kissed her father and he patted her head. "there there daughter, it is proud of you I am, and I think you will make a fine little witch." At these words Ayla felt alot better. Her mother started to cry and told her to send letters and keep them informed. Ayla walked through the barrier as quickly as she could and couldn't believe that going through a wall didn't hurt. Once on the other side, she looked around there was the train she was supposed to get on and there were lots of familys bidding good byes to their children. She boarded the train and looked for a seat. She found one almost at the back of the train and pulled out her book, she had heard this was a fairly long ride and she knew that she would have to do something to keep her mind from driving her crazy. She read for a long time before the train started moving and soon she was asleep.
