We are putting up some Site Policies so that it would allow the Headmaster and myself an easier time trying to work stuff out on site. We will add more as they come along but please always check this thread for updates.

In Regards to PMing Heads In the past we have had situations where people would either PM only the Headmaster or myself and not the other, therefore causing one of us to not know what is going on and getting confused when one or the other would discuss a certain PM. If the PM is about a simple question like how many classes to take, then it is ok to just PM one or the other but regarding situations like wanting to make a club or a new class or anything really important (more info on what else to PM to both below), you MUST PM both Heads so that we can both be aware of this. The following is a list of SOME of the things you should PM to BOTH Heads... Leave of Absense Needing Approval to take certain classes New classes you want to create (Professors) Situations you have seen onsite (Reporting Incidents, OOC fights, disturbing behaviors, etc.) Creating New Clubs Anything that requires us to Mass PM to the WHOLE Site (If we approve it) Anything we request you send to both Heads Anything that needs to be discussed
Approval for weddings, pregnancies, or anything that will alter your character And anything else we can think of (This thread will be updated often so check back for more!) To PM all site administrators, click here.
