Christina was in a great mood today as it was Christmas time again as she went to 'The Great Hall' for breakfast before she went to her first class of the day. She had on her favorite Hufflepuff outfit, a Santa scarf was wrapped around her neck she had red ear muffs, read heels on and a Santa Clause hat. Rex her new puggle puppy and Baxter her ferret both had matching Santa Hats on.
She entered the 'Great Hall' and saw that for Christmas the 'House Elves' had decorated it all up Christmas style. Christmas wreaths hung in every window, garland streaming all around the room and even a mistle toe hung above every house table even 'The Great Table' where the teachers sat. There was a Christmas tree all lit up with lights, icicles, candy canes, ornaments and even a great big star on top of it
There was 'House Elves' going around in groups who were singing Christmas carols to everyone. There were owls flying all about in circles and dropping mail and Christmas packages to be delivered to the students. There was a 'House Elf' band set up on a stage that was right now playing Christmas time instrumentals. The Christmas tree in the center of the room had gifts from each 'House Elf' addressed to a student. The 'House Elf's' had each got a different student and they each made a unique present for each student.
On every table there was a Christmas feast even for breakfast. There was a table set up with gingerbread cookies, hot chocolate, eggnog, holiday punch, hot apple cider, sugar cookies, pumpkin pie, cheery pie, pecan pie, blueberry pie, Christmas pudding, cheese balls with crackers, chocolate cake, Christmas Honey Deviled Ham, Fruitcake, jello in shape of angels, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cookies, ice cold milk, and even a Christmas Turkey.
Christina walked over and sat down at the Hufflepuff table and put together a plate of ham and turkey for her dog Rex who is a puggle and set it on the ground for him to eat. She herself got some Cherry Pie for breakfast and a nice cold glass of milk. She hoped there would be other Hufflepuff students joining her for breakfast.
