Ahh the dungeons, they were dark, damp, kinda musty smelling and oh so not appealing in anyway which is why Serafina could never really understand why she liked them so much. They weren't exactly the epitome of modern comforts yet she could quite happily while away the hours wandering the dimly lit corridors in search of nothing in particular. It had always been that way.
Of course as she was wandering this time it was far more quiet due to the lack of students what with the term being over and holidays and all so the ringing of her footsteps on the cold stone floors seemed to echo far more than usual. Kinda creepy but she liked to think of herself as more of the scary monster that lurks in the dark than the unwitting 'victim' who gets scared out of their wits, of course it didn't always work like that.
She passed a door into one of the barely used dungeon rooms that looked familiar. Ah but of course this was the place she had dragged poor Chiaki to use her as somewhat of a potions guinea pig during something like her sixth year. That would be before the two of them had formed somewhat of an odd friendship, Chiaki still liked confuse and try to cajole Sera and Sera likewise still liked to tease and torment the poor Ravenclaw at times.
With a thoughtful frown furrowing her pale brow Sera hopped up to sit on the lone desk, that sat in the centre of the room, and picked up a rusting cauldron from its surface. Had that been her one? Noticing the harsh orange stains that had begun to rub off onto her hands Sera threw the cauldron clattering onto the floor then cringed at the noise it made. "Well if they didn't know I was here already they do now." She muttered, shaking her head to try and rid the ringing from her ears as well as rub the rust stains from her hands onto her robes. "Sodding rusty cauldron!"
