Leilani was being pretty amazing as she went up to the gate of the Platform. Yes, she was a something year. She knew the way of things. Alright, not really. She wasn't even sure about her actual age since Laney had been inactive for the whole ENTIRE SEMESTER. But now that the little rant Leilani had been thinking in her mind was over, she was ready to go back. She had a little thin jacket on paired with some jeans and stuff. Y'know. Clothes. They really weren't necessary, really. I mean, yeah ... it's a little chilly, but everyone knows that cold is just a state of mind.
As she passed through the barrier, she got a nice whiff of diesel. It was actually kind of nostalgic. Her face lit up in joy. Wow, the train was so red ... and shiny. And the people. She had forgotten her love of people in her extended self-inflicted exile. It wouldn't be hard to blend in at all. Wheeeeew.
[[If no one wants to do anything with this post, don't worry. I wrote a totally crap post so I can get back into the swing of things.]]

- - - - - MAN, I'M GLAD I'M BACK! Honestly, Adelaide was much, much too cool for this whole school business. She was good-lookin', lovable, intelligent good-lookin. The girl practically had awesome seeping out of her pores. So, it was only natural that pretty young thing was against going back to Hogwarts. PSH. Magic was lame, to like, the seventh degree. The summer had been particularly kind to Adelaide. It was like that song from Grease, except she didn't fall in love. Actually, it wasn't like that song at all. It was like "Party in the USA", without all the bleeding ear drums and such. SHE STAYED UP SO LATE. Little rebel, that Adelaide. There was no way she was going back to a school where you couldn't even light stuff on fire without everybody getting on your case. "ADELAIDE, YOU SET MY CAT ON FIRE! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" ... b, what's wrong with you? SO. Yeah. She just wasn't going to go back. Who wants witches and wizards and magical beasts? A zero, that's who. Adelaide had better things to do. Like, watch Road House. Patrick Swayze was all she needed. Because pain don't hurt. Once the letter to return came by owl, Adelaide decided to tell her parents about her unambitious plans. ... Too bad her parents controlled everything that girl did. Standing on the platform, suitcase in tow, Adelaide seriously missed Patrick Swayze. And Road House. Pouting pathetically, she looked around to find familiar faces. Her eyes lit up at the sight of a girl also in her year, a Ravenclaw lucky b. Her mind reached back to the previous year, envisioning the girl stuck on the invisible barrier on the roof. Good times, gooooooood times. The smile was immediately wiped off Adelaide's face at the sight of how happy the girl was. NO. Somebody needed to share her pain. Dragging her suitcase, she marched over to the girl. Getting behind her, Adelaide swung the suitcase around in an attempt to knock her over. "ROAD HOUSE!" Was her faux battle cry, as she missed the unnecessary violence so, so much.
