Like all great things in life, they do come with stipulations. By posting a site in this board you are agreeing to the Posting Agreement as shown below.

We will gladly allow you to advertise your site, but please only do so on here. In the event that you post somewhere other than this board (that also includes your profile and signature) or a member shows us that you have sent them a spam email or pm, you will be punished. Please follow the agreements and do not spam. Below are the terms that must be followed when posting your site on Our Hogwarts. Failure to follow the Posting Agreement will result in the deletion of your thread.
NO SPAMMING! This has and will always be the main rule of this board, and anything on Our Hogwarts. Spamming will NOT be tolerated on site. (Definition: Unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail. To send (a message) indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups.) This board is the only location that you, as a guest, are allowed to post your advertisement... no where else! You are not allowed to PM members of Our Hogwarts about your site, place site links/images/etc in your signature or put any messages on your profile or signature, in your posts, or anywhere else to advertise your site or basically say "Hey come join my site!" Putting your site in your profile under your homepage is permitted but do not add anything to your personal text saying to join or check out your site. If we find that you are violating this rule, traces of your site will be removed IMMEDIATELY. In addition to that, any infringes of our copyrights will also result in immediate deletion of your website. Spamming of any kind may get you banned permanently.
There will be no harassment toward any member in any way, shape or form on this site. Whether it be in OOC comments or through a PM, we try to provide a fun and safe environment for our members so any type of harassment will NOT be tolerated! Harassment of any kind could possibly get you banned on the spot from Our Hogwarts. Our first priority is to protect the members of Our Hogwarts. Having this board is a privilege, not a right, use that privilege wisely.
DO NOT ever threaten people with signing up. Don't put "Join or Die!" That's really rude and totally unacceptable and will result in immediate deletion of site address.
No death, drugs, suicide, killings, weapons, explicit sexual content, etc. There will be no promotion of death, suicide, weapons, explicit sexual content, drugs, a|cohol, finding dead bodies, etc. All sites that are advertised must be appropriate for viewers as young as 13 years of age. Any ProBoards site that is advertised, and not following the ProBoards Terms of Service, will be removed and reported. All sites must comply with ProBoards TOS, even if they are not ProBoards websites.
When advertising your site, please only have ONE (1) URL per thread. If we find that you have more than one site in your thread it will be deleted.
Do not use the URL as the title of your thread. The title of the thread should be the name of your site like "Our Hogwarts" and the URL should be within the post portion of the thread.
DO NOT double posts the SAME site if another person has already done so. Failure to comply will result in the deletion of BOTH site advertisement.
All posts in The Classifieds will be removed after the end of each term at Our Hogwarts. After approximately three months all advertisements in the Classifieds will be removed and wiped clean. This allows for the weeding out of inactive sites. You are welcome to repost your site after the board has been cleaned out.
You agreed to the terms of Our Hogwarts by advertising your website. Therefore, saying you have not read either and all agreements set forth to get out of punishment is no excuse.
By posting in The Classifieds you are agreeing that you have read these agreements and will abide and agree to the terms set forth here.
