She didn't know what he was talking about. It sounded fun though, and the fresh air would probably clear her head. She wasn't much of a swimmer but she could manage if she had to. She wasn't worried about the cold, the wetsuits and a warming charm would probably help.
"Ok, count me in!"

With her encouragement he gave her hand a gentle squeeze, and smiled invitingly a his new friend. "Great! So my guy will need you to send your measurements to him, and then he'll floo us the package over. I hope you do know how to ski. Because the giant squid can be exciteable, and a pretty girl like you would attract a load of attention. Any who, what brings you to sleep in the sixth floor corridor? If you don't mind me asking." He was feeling like a chatter box and needed to leave room for her to respond.

Neither the gates of hell could prepare him for this. Seriously though..... what..... the....... (in lee terms) "fudge". Morse watched at the end of the corridor, it couldn't be helped what with the situation proceeding before his eyes. Normally he wasn't the type to stay around and insert himself into the unneccessariness of life. What was the point? But as an LAPD, he had an obligation to assist in whatever means neccessary. And apparantly wonderbread was too doped up to hear exactly what this mystery guy was saying. Floo.. Package.... an excited squid.... pretty?. He rubbed his temples irritably. Lord. Was Wonderbread too blind to see that this guy was hoarding his own trafficking ring? Did she not watch enough of those movies to pick up the clues. That this guys squid was getting EXCITED over pretty girls that'll be FLOOed to him. A heavy sigh escaped his lips. They couldn't let wonderbread go MIA... especially not with midterms 'round the corner. With no other choice, he stepped in between the two of them, breaking the touchy moment they were having before the prick would send her to I dunno Russia , and lifted Wonderbread up, hauling her over his shoulder in a matter of seconds and began walking down the hall. He wouldn't say it to her face, but she had to lay off the ramen.

"Oh, I was---aaaah!" Melissa gasped as she found herself hefted over a shoulder. A shoulder that had become very familiar the last few terms "Sempaaaaaaaaai!" she shrieked and hugged him around the back of his waist, upside down. She managed to lift her head as she was carried off, "Bye Jacob! Don't forget to floo me when you're readyyyyyyyyy!" she bellowed as they turned the corner, and she lost sight of him. Life was good

Jacob stood there for a second. Stunned. He wasn't sure what to do...if he tried to hex him then he might hit the damsel. He might try petrificus totalus, but he would drop her for certain. Well, he wouldn't give up that easy. The day was still ahead of him, and he'd have his revenge and another shot.
Resolved to let the issue lie, he resolved to get some breakfast.
