The September night was a little chilly, but Kayla didn't mind. She was dressed up in all her Gryffindor gear, completely caught up in her feelings of joy. This was the best day ever! She was in the best house and instead of being in some boarding school in Switzerland or France, she was standing on the roof of a magnificent castle. A castle that was also a school for magic, because unlike any of her siblings, Kayla was a witch. It was fantastic!
She turned on her ipod to some of her favorite music and began to twirl around under the stars. She spun around and around, giggling happily.

So far Jaeha had gotten used to the surrounding of the castle. He had learned pretty much of where is where and a few secret passages leading out of the castle. If anyone asked, he felt pretty good about himself when considering the fact that he once had gotten lost while exploring the castle. Of course, there were few places he had yet ventured into, one being he thought it was lame or the other because he just don't feel like it. And one of this particular place happened to be - The roof. The place where Jaeha never understood the appeal. It was the roof, there, just a roof. But, for some reason, it was so commonly popular among the students. So, after thinking it through and stuffing himself with enough food for a bear to go into hibernation; Jaeha made his way to the roof...
Finding the place was easy enough, it was like there was a direction pointing towards it that it didn't take Jaeha too long to reach the place. Fifteen minutes? He couldn't recall. Of course, he had thought about minding his own business but, the moment he walked out onto the roof, he spotted a girl dancing leaving him a little confused and standing like an idiot.

Kayla was beginning to get dizzy, and she was sure it was messing with her head because she kept spotting a blurry figure. She stopped her twirling and dizzily stood to face the blurry figure. When she realized it was another student, she let a quiet giggle escape before she said "Oh!" in surprise and began to blush. She could feel her checks burning as The Corrs blasted out of her ipod speakers. After a few seconds of standing there in silence, she finally mustered the ability to offer the boy a greeting.
"Uhr, hello. How do you do?"

It was awkward - that much Jaeha knew as he blinked a couple of times, trying not to look more like an idiot he already was. Time felt as if it ticked away rather slowly as Jaeha tried to think of something to say - anything. But, words were failing him and he continued to stand until the girl broke the silence. Still out of place, Jaeha cleared his throat uneasily as he tried to find his voice. "Uh... Hi," He managed awkwardly and fidgeting where he stood. "Sorry," He added, apologizing quickly. "I didn't think anyone would be here..." He explained quickly. He should have though, it was a fairly popular place among the students - maybe he shouldn't have just barged in (barged out?) into the place like he owned it.
