(Figured I'd start the thread to the big feast and not miss the holiday you know)
Shannon had arrived in the great hall to set sites once again on another amazing feast awaiting him. The scent of this delicacy could be smelled throughout the entire castles corridors. A great celebration was taking place on this special day, although Shannon wasn't entirley sure if this holiday called the same thing that he calls it from where he comes from, which is "Thanksgiving". He had no knowledge of the wizarding world's customs but clearly something was at hand.
Making his way over to the Gryffindor table to have a seat as he gazed upon the loads of food which lies before him. Another question then darted into his mind. "Who the heck cooks all of this??? I know it must be hell. Especially cleaning up afterwards." He then awaited for the event to be started off, as others begun to make there way through the doors of the Great Hall.

Izzy couldn't help but be a little confused. There had to be a reason why a school of predominantly UK born children were being made to celebrate an American holiday, he just couldn't figure out what that reason was. The whole thing was a bit iffy, he thought. Why anyone, American or otherwise, would want to honor the slaughtering of innocent people was beyond him. He kept his opinion on the matter to himself and proceeded to feast with the other Gryffindors.
