Continuing to pace the floor around the girl Serafina watched with delight as the Ravenclaw swayed dangerously on the spot and made no attempt at all to steady herself. It was tempting to walk up behind the girl and push her just that little bit more so that she would go toppling onto the hard stone floor, but considering her luck Serafina thought that would probably break the effect of the potion.
Okay so the trance like state of the potion seemed to be working, even though it had taken a double dose to have any effect other than making the drinker sick, Serafina wasn't sure why this was but that was something she could figure out later. Now to see if the other effect it was supposed to have would work. Would the girl be compelled to do as Serafina commanded her to?
Stepping joyfully back towards the desk at the front of the room and hopping to sit on its surface Serafina considered what she should instruct the Ravenclaw to do. "Something simple to start with, make sure the potion really is working like it's supposed to." She muttered to herself. "Okay, you!" She said pointing towards the statue like Ravenclaw girl, damn I really should know her name... "Walk the room acting like a chicken!" She commanded.
That should work, something simple to make sure that the potion was working, but something entertaining that Serafina could laugh at at the same time.

Maybe it was because the Slytherin didn't know Chiaki's name or Chiaki really was faking or some other reason, she just continued swaying back and forth. It was a wonder she hadn't fallen down by now but maybe she weren't even conscious about it. Her eyes were still glassy looking and she was like didn't know what was happening in her surroundings. It really was like she was hypnotized. Well that's something for the Slytherin to think about anyway. ((hehe, not revealing if she's faking or not yet. Just wait ))

Serafina waited patiently for a few more seconds, expecting any minute for the Ravenclaw girl to spring to live and begin prancing the room acting like a chicken. However as the seconds began to draw towards minutes she grew concerned at the lack of movement in the girl, there was none at all she just stood statue like on the spot still swaying slightly from where Serafina had pushed her.
A frown crossed her pale brow as she considered what could be wrong now, it had to be her name that just had to be what had gone wrong. If she'd of known the Ravenclaw girls name then she could have comanded her directly and apparantly just pointing and saying 'You' wasn't good enough.
Scowling with a growing sense of rage Serafina leapt off of the desk and stalked across the room towards the glassy eyed Ravenclaw. She prodded the girl in the shoulder again causing her to sway more rapidly, "Damn this useless piece of crap." She hissed through gritted teeth, "I said act like a sodding chicken!"

Chiaki rocked back and forth in a constant pace, like a pendulum, never slowing down until the Slytherin pushed her again and this time her swaying quickened. She was rocking so fast that it was a wonder that she didn't feel dizzy. But again, she was hypnotized so it's unlikely that she would be feeling anything. Miraculously the Slytherin didn't feel dizzy watching her, as anyone would, or was she ever watching? She looked as if she was deep in thoughts. Eventually Chiaki's swaying slowed down. Would it ever stop completely? It seems as if the potion's effect was wearing off. Or had Chiaki acted enough? Anyone would get tired if they had to rock back and forth. However, she looked semi-conscious now. It's weird, she seemed to be acting at first but she got genuinely hypnotized next, and now she was sort of acting. Would she really be hypnotized on the Slytherin's next action? Obviously the Slytherin was going nowhere, not knowing Chiaki's name. If the Slytherin was smart enough, she would know that obtaining Chiaki's name was easy enough but it was unlikely that she was smart or else why would she be in Slytherin and not Ravenclaw? But Slytherins used cunning measures to obtain what they want...How would she get her name? It wasn't a pleasant thought but Chiaki didn't shudder so maybe she really was hypnotized. ((hehe, I'm making it all confusing, I'm still not telling if Chiaki's putting on an act. And yay, this is a long post ))

Serafina watched with still increasing frustration as yet again nothing happened, she didn't even fall over as Serafina pushed over that would have at least made it all seem a little worth the effort.
It was the name that was the problem, Serafina supposed she could just as for it, and in theory being hypnotised she would have to obey and tell it to her. But in all honesty Serafina wasn't even sure that would work, I mean did they still have the power of speech whilst under the effects of the potion? Having never tested it before she didn't know.
Sighing and sitting down hard on the desk she frowned, glaring angrily at the swaying Ravenclaw girl. Wow she really was swaying a lot, even though she'd pushed her harder that time Serafina was still sure she should have stopped by now. The frown furrows on her brow deepened as she looked more closely at the girls expression, there was something not quite right about it...was she really hypnotised or was she just putting on an act?
Almost scowling Serafina stood up and advanced on the swaying girl, well there had to be a way of finding out, she thought reaching for her wand and sliding it out of her pocket. Pointing it towards the girl she muttered "Levicorpus." and watched with a small sense of delight as the Ravenclaw was suddenly grabbed by invisible hands and hung upside down by the ankles from the ceiling of the dungeon. Smirking wickedly Serafina stared up at the girl, now she'd see for sure whether the potion was working or not even the best actor would get sick of being hung upside down after a while.

((She's not sure if you can talk once you've taken the potion, if it works properly.))

Chiaki, dangling in midair, looked like she was dead. Her face was extremely white and her eyes had a ghostly look. Her body was cold, she could have just passed as dead. She hung on forever and ever, didn't even cast the counter spell or yell or whatever. Maybe she really was hypnotized.

Serafina gazed up as the girl hung limply in the air, roatating slowly and looking no more alive than she had standing like a statue on the floor. She watched for a few minutes but still the Ravenclaw made no movement and there wasn't even any reaction in the girls eyes.
"Oh this is riduculous!" Serafina exclaimed in frustration, muttering the counterspell and letting the girl fall clumsily to the stone floor.

This whole thing was really getting no where. Why wouldn't the Slytherin stop doing things and wait till Chiaki was conscious again and attack her later? It was a wonder she still hadn't got hurt, not even when she fell on the floor. Maybe she had bruises but those will be discovered later. It would be nice if she got seriously injured from falling, then the Slytherin was in trouble.

Serafina was fed up with the whole situation down in the dungeon now, for whatever reason the potion wasn't working like it was supposed to and while it might be fun to keep casting spells at the Ravenclaw girl, even that wasn't quite so much fun when she had no reactions to give.
Sighing and hopping onto the desk one last time, Serafina crossed her legs on the desk top and sat twirling her wand in her fingers. The potion was bound to wear off soon, it wasn't all that strong so the girl that lay in a heap on the floor would soon be back to normal.

Sure enough, the potion did wear off for like after 10hrs to Chiaki, though she had been unconscious at certain time. It was all weird. Now Chiaki was in a difficult condition. She couldn't say she knew what happened, or the Slytherin would get suspicious yet she must know that Chiaki had been acting a little, or she was too bad an observant. That was likely though. So she decided that she wouldn't speak, let the Slytherin do the speaking.

After a few minutes of absently watching the Ravenclaw girl it seemed that she began to stir. "Finally decided to snap out of it then?" Serafina said airily arching her eyebrows at the girl.

Chiaki looked at the Slytherin, pretending to be hurt. "I didn't decide it. The potion decided it for me. I wanted to be hypnotized even longer but the potion stopped it. Maybe you could give me another dose." Her eyes were shining rather mischievously.

Serafina frowned at the girls response, that hadn't quite been the reply she'd been expecting. So the Ravenclaw had been aware of what had been going on whilst she been under the effects of the potion and she'd wanted it to last longer?
"Now why would you want more? It doesn't seem to work right for some reason. Are you telling me you actually enjoyed being like a statue?" Serafina said narrowing her eyes at the girl who was still led on the floor of the dungeon. Something wasn't quite right about what was going on but Serafina couldn't quite put her finger on what.
