John Nairobi Junior after being sorted headed to the Table of Ravenclaw happy to finally start his path to follow in his Mother's and Father's foot steps he could barely contain his excitement, and yet he knew things would be very different in this life, he wont have his mom around like he so much cherishes her but like his Father's determination he was gonna do his best, there was no execptions. Taking a Seat down between a Female student and a male student not knowing their names he waited for the remaining students to be sorted out if there was any left, while he sat there he got a strange feeling that he was dead last this year for being sorted then giggles at it then sits ready to have a blast of a year. durning this Feast he mostly kept silent to him self even though he was raised well to be fair, friendly, and caring to any one and every one regardless if they was Muggle, half blood or pure blood he was out to make friends not enemies, at least not this early. "humm....." Junior thought about what kind of life would be ahead of him he could only guess. Turning around him he spots what looked to be another table, was it Gryffindor or Huffelpuff? he didnt get a good look at the color of what was on the other student's robe befor he turned around at his own table seeing if something was happening there, to his supprise all the other Students was looking toward the Teacher's table, was something happening or was it just quiet for the feast to begin? Junior was quiet and listened

"You wouldn't dare you crazy bitc......." But before Annika could finish she was dangling upside down, half submerged in pumpkin juice. She wasn't a fan of juice and absolutely hated pumpkins. So obviously Annika was not happy. She cursed the crazy old hag who put her in this situation but all that came to the surface was alot of bubbles and "Glub glub glub"
While tossing her head frantically from side to side, Annika could see someone on either side of her. But she could not distinguish who was who. "Set me free or I will cut off your fingers and use them for fish bait!" Annika screamed but again, being submerged all anyone heard was "Glub glub glubby glub glub"
Finally, probably about half a minute from drowning Annika came to her senses. She quit struggling and most importantly she quit yelling. Instead focusing on holding her breath for as long as possible. With all of her will concentrated on her upper half she let her lower half relax. Therefore ending up in a loud thunderous fart...

Junior jumped out of his seat litterally and his eyes buldged and laughed "EWWW GROSS!!! hahhahaha!!" Junior stood up where he was sitting and turned to face where the loud noise came from only to see a girl upside down being drown, after the situation turned into a uproar Junior could barely make out some of the teachers or was it screeching bats of something trying to get the chaos undercontrol, either way everything was just to damn funny to behave now and now Junior enjoyed every moment of what was going on.

Elessar wasn't surprised Bonnie was torturing students this soon into the school year. With the safety of several students, including his assistant at stake, Elessar had to stand up to Bonnie.
"Bonnie, If you want the students to respect you, you gotta earn it through trust, not fear and torture like you have usually done in the past." Elessar said with a stern voice to the 'Headmistress', then he pointed his wand in the direction of the students and mouthed a counter-spell to stop Bonnie's torture.

When Elessar muttered the counter-spell he seemed to do so with half a mind. Without her spell, the brats were no longer dangling in the air. As if a scissor had cut across the invisible rope holding them in the air, each one of them fell into the tub head first with a good thunk. Bonnie doubled over, "bffff--ahhahaha.. y-y-you're such a... a... dumbasss" she indicated, pointing a finger at him, too busy laughing to actually take the bloke seriously. After she had finally caught her breath she stood up, wiping the tears from her eyes.
"Elessar" she mimicked the tone he had used with her, trying to appear stern but the smirk on her face gave it away "If you want to give the impression your helping, it's probably best to not make things worse" With that said, she flicked her wand and up went all four girls, including Elessar. She stood before the soaking girls,
"Now... where was I again.. right-- respect" She nodded, staring at their red faces. "I want each of you to tell me why you're up there... respectfully" she urged, making it clear that she didn't want any nonsense. Still... "Anything along the lines of 'im a snivvling snot' should do.. But please dont be shy about getting creative" she turned to Elessar "this includes you too" Elessar needed to realize who was in charge sooner or later, she could think of no better time than right now.

dangit....this was getting annoying...and inconvenient...and dizzying.
As she went up in the air again, she was once more aware of Ms. Parr's voice demanding answers. She struggled to come up with something that would pacify the headmiss. How did all this get started, anyway?
Oh yeah...silverware artillery...
She tried to swing a little, so she could look past the other girls, to get a good look at Ninotchka and Annika and glare, but she was held too tightly in place to build up much momentum so she just concentrated on holding her skirt around her legs, fighting the evil forces of gravity.
"I'm up here because my housemate is a racist loser, and the entire house of Hufflepuff is full of idiots...ma'am", she added the last bit as respectfully as possible, and tried to keep from showing how much she'd love to be set loose for even a microsecond. Nope, her face was cool, calm and collected, not a small part of it due to how cool and cold the bloody pumpkin juice was.

As Bonnie's spell was released, Anna's head hit the bottom of the tub of juice, adding insult to the injuries she'd already sustained. She was however grateful for the fresh air that filled her lungs as she rested on the edge of the tub, breathing heavily. The comfort didn't last long, however, before she was flipped back upside down in the air.
It hadn't taken Anna long to realize that this woman didn't deserve any respect. What kind of grown woman bullies children? And when she thought about the reason she was up here she got a little angrier than she had been before, the anger pushing out some of the fear of the woman. She'd been trying to help. Well she certainly wouldn't be trying to help out that wench anymore.
"I'm up here for trying to break up a fight," she started, taking a big breath in before continuing on. It took a lot out of you, hanging around like that. "But I see now that you prefer the chaos of first years ripping each others hair out, I imagine you'd enjoy watching them kill each other in cold blood too. So sorry to have taken that away from you. I have to say ma'am, I have so much respect for a headmistress that isn't afraid to bully eleven year old students. Gosh, and don't forget the guts it takes to deal with the angry parents and the ministry of magic. You really are an impressive woman. I salute you." With the amount of sarcasm that filled those words, it was difficult for her to make it sound convincing. She didn't want to imagine what would come of her smart remarks, but at the moment it seemed worth it.

The next several minutes were nothing but a blur to Annika. She was up, she was down, she was submerged, she wasn't submerged. She was down and then up again. As far as she could tell now she was completely soaked and once again...up. And then came their escape, but woefully their rescuer was a bigger buffoon than all the girls combined. They were all 11/12 years old, what was his excuse?
"Good job peckerwood" Annika scolded Elessar "Our knight in shining armor. What kind of dumbass are you? Only an idiot would get themselves in the same predicament as those he was trying to save?" Annika had no clue who this guy was, but what she did know was that he was now dangling upside down beside them. Her skirt was dangling around her neck, at least she had worn clean panties.
With the blood running quickly to her head, Annika tried to think of a proper response before her speech turned into a light headed babble. "Hey Angelina, aren't you a vampire?" Annika quietly asked the girl hanging beside her. "If so, try and turn into a bat and fly over and bite that old evil hag in the ass. Then free us, I'll break off a table leg and stab the b!tch in the heart...deal?" It sounded like a plan to Annika, and it was her way of apologizing for the earlier slap.
"Ummm ma'am?" Annika now speaking to the lady who put the spell on them. Her mind racing to find a way out of this situation. "Since you have all four of us helpless, I will tell you the truth. It was him.." Annika pointed her finger as best she could toward Elessar. "Yes him ma'am. He put us up to this, everything. He is an evil evil man, he thrives on chaos ma'am. He promised us all the candy and soda we could want if we just caused a big enough commotion to get noticed. And now that you caught him and found out his little plot, I see no need to hold back the truth."
Now, who said Hufflepuffs were idiots?

I can't hold my breath much longer I"m going to die she thought still with her head submerged in the pumpkin juice.
Crassssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhh
She fell into the tub of pumpkin juice and was able to get her head out of water momentarily to breath before she found herself flipped up over again in the air.
"I'm here because I was trying to lead the school in song after seeing so many students fighting then getting hit by a bowl of mashed potatoes that was thrown at me. I"m here because I in defense of more food being thrown at me flipped the girl upside down in the air like you did with us." she said "I also would like to add I agree 100 % with my friend Anna here on what she just said." I exclaimed . "Also thanks Elessar for trying to save us from her wrath of torture." she said thanking him.

Wow, this was some feast, William thought to himself. First a Hufflepuff gets attacked by some Ravenclaws and now the Headmistress had these four girls and some weird looking dude hanging in the air, skirts not covering what they were suppose to. Sweet. He was glad already that his dad let him come to Hogwarts. He definitely did not want to see some guys bloomers. Shivers. Plus this Headmistress seemed to not like mudbloods, even better.
"You tell 'em ma'am!" he said while continuing to eat his dinner and enjoy the entertainment. Wills heard the Hufflepuff girl and rolled his eyes. Why did it sound like she was giving an acceptance speech? Thank you to the moron who dunked you in pumpkin juice and then got you stuck up there again? This chick was sucking up to someone that the Headmistress obviously did not like. That was dumb....

Ian had never heard of this kind of punishment being used with students at Hogwarts. At the moment, though, he was wondering whether it happened all the time. He chuckled to himself a bit as the girls hung up in the air, but he knew that Ms. Parr was probably out of line by holding them up there. He wasn't really sure what they had done, as he was sitting at the end of the table and hadn't seen anything happen; he had only heard the commotion.
As the girls' continued to be submerged in the juice, he couldn't help but think that Ms. Parr was just being a bit of a bully. Some of the girls apparently hadn't even been involved other than by trying to defend themselves. It was only the first day of school and already there was drama. He had always been pretty low key, so he couldn't imagine having started any of this. He also couldn't imagine how his parents might punish him if he'd been caught. Probably a year's worth of detentions.
One thing was for sure, though, he would keep Ms. Parr's methods of punishment in mind when he thought about causing trouble. In fact, he was planning a little escapade later today. He laughed as he thought about being held upside down in the air. Ms. Parr should know that she can't stop students from having fun using torture. It only made the troublemakers into martyrs. He wanted a piece of the action also! All he needed was a partner in crime.

"Well, I'm up here because I decided to stand up for the students against a tyrannical dictator, sure Arri was tough, but she earned my respect, while you never did." Elessar said explaining why he was up in the air. He shook his head a little when someone from his old house acted in disrespect of another house.

Darla now had her full attention on the girls and the man who tried to save them. She was a little confused about what they did, since she hadn't been watching why they where in trouble, and their definitions of why they were there weren't exactly clear. But it made her ball her fists in anger at the Ravenclaw girl when she called the Hufflepuffs idiots. Not that she was in Hufflepuff or knew anybody in it, but what was she trying to do, embarrass her whole house?
It lightened her mood to here the responses to the "Why are you here" question. Even though she was not fond of the Ravenclaw girl, and they were just going to get themselves in more trouble, she knew somebody had to do something about this form of punishment, no matter if it was new or 1oo's of years old. Both her and the first year boy beside her laughed. But no matter what kind of entertainment was going on in the Great Hall at the time, Darla knew this year wasn't going to be as perfect as she had expected.

The smell of food was making Annika hungry again. They had been hanging here for quite some time now. Plus Annika had to tinkle.
Hellooooooooo? ! ? ! ?
Had the crazy old bat died or something? And did anybody know how to reverse the spell?
